What does a Birthday Party Package Include?

Can I bring in food and drink?

Cakes, cookies and cupcakes make a party extra special.
Please do not bring meals into the studio.
Please bring only clear liquids into the studio.

Are decorations included?

Yes, decorations are included! We decorate the room with pretty tablecloths, centerpieces, and a birthday garland.

Can parents stay for the party?

The studio space is very small and drop-off's are encouraged.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations by Client: Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels for any reason.

Date Transfers: A minimum of three weeks' notice is required for rescheduling. New dates must be within three months of the original date and are subject to availability.

How many kids can my child invite?

The studio space is quite small. We have a maximum of seven guests- including the guest of honor.

Can siblings attend the party?

Siblings can join the party as a guest- if they are at least 6 years old. If they are not participating in the activity, they can absolutely join the party for cake.

Are sewing parties suitable for beginners?

Yes, all of our sewing party projects are fun to make an easy to sew. At the start of each sewing party the lead instructor will teach your child and their friends how to safely use the sewing machine and begin their project.

Do I tip the party staff?

Tipping is entirely at your discretion and always appreciated by our staff. A typical party has a staff of 2-3; one party manager, one lead instructor and enough assistant instructors to match our student/teacher ratio of 1:5 for sewing parties and 1:6 for non-sewing parties.
